1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you (the "User") and kbbet (the "Platform"). If a user is found to have provided false eligibility information, kbbet will immediately suspend the account, void any pending or settled bets, and withhold any balance pending investigation. Any funds deposited by an ineligible user may be returned to the payment source at kbbet's discretion.

3. Account Registration and Security

To access the full range of products and features on kbbet, you must register a single personal account. Each user is permitted to hold one account only. Creating multiple accounts — whether under the same identity or under different identities — is strictly prohibited and will result in all associated accounts being permanently suspended.

Registration Requirements

During registration you must provide accurate, current, and complete information. You must promptly update your account details if any information changes after registration. The information you provide must include at minimum:

• A valid, active Bangladesh mobile number that you own and control.
• A password that meets the minimum security requirements set by kbbet.
• Confirmation that you meet the eligibility criteria set out in Section 2.

Account Security Obligations

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. You must not share your username, password, or any one-time verification code with any third party under any circumstances. kbbet will never ask for your password through any communication channel. You are responsible for all activity that occurs on your account, whether or not you authorised that activity.

4. Deposits and Withdrawals

kbbet supports a range of local and international payment methods designed to make deposits and withdrawals convenient for players in Bangladesh. All financial transactions on the platform are subject to the conditions set out in this section. kbbet processes payments in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT) and the ৳ symbol is used throughout the platform to denote BDT amounts.

Deposit Conditions

Withdrawal Conditions

• Withdrawals may be subject to identity verification before processing if kbbet determines verification is required.

5. Bonuses and Promotions

6. Fair Play and Prohibited Conduct

kbbet is committed to maintaining a fair, secure, and enjoyable environment for all users. The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the kbbet platform. Any user found to have engaged in prohibited conduct will have their account immediately suspended and all associated funds withheld pending investigation:

• Using automated scripts, bots, or other software to interact with the platform in a manner not authorised by kbbet.
• Engaging in match-fixing, collusion with other players, or any form of corrupt wagering activity.
• Using the platform for any purpose related to money laundering, terrorism financing, or other criminal activity.
• Registering multiple accounts or providing false or misleading identity information during registration or KYC verification.
• Attempting to exploit technical errors, glitches, or system vulnerabilities to gain an unfair advantage.
• Harassing, abusing, or threatening other users or members of the kbbet support team through any communication channel.

kbbet uses a combination of automated monitoring systems and manual review processes to detect prohibited conduct. Where kbbet identifies prohibited conduct, it reserves the right to permanently close the account, report the matter to relevant authorities, and pursue recovery of any funds obtained through misconduct.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on the kbbet platform — including but not limited to the kbbet brand name and logo, website design, user interface layout, graphics, text, software, and game integrations — is the intellectual property of kbbet or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the platform for personal entertainment purposes only. This licence does not permit you to copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, publicly display, or create derivative works from any platform content without the prior written consent of kbbet.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, kbbet's total liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with your use of the platform — whether in contract, tort, statute, or otherwise — shall not exceed the total net deposits made to your account in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim. kbbet expressly excludes liability for the following categories of loss:

• Loss of profits, revenue, or anticipated savings resulting from platform unavailability or service disruption.
• Loss of data, corruption of data, or unauthorised access to account data resulting from circumstances beyond kbbet's reasonable control.
• Indirect, consequential, or punitive losses of any kind arising from use of or inability to use the platform.
• Losses arising from a user's reliance on information, odds, or results displayed on the platform that are subsequently found to contain errors.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit kbbet's liability for death or personal injury caused by its negligence, or for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation. If any limitation of liability provision in these Terms is found to be unenforceable under applicable law, that provision shall be deemed modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable, and the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.

9. Responsible Gaming

kbbet is committed to promoting responsible gaming and to providing tools that help players maintain control over their activity on the platform. kbbet operates exclusively for adults aged 21 and above. We take our obligations to player welfare seriously and make the following responsible gaming tools available to all registered users at no charge:

• Deposit limits — set daily, weekly, or monthly caps on the amount you can deposit to your account.

10. Suspension and Termination

Upon closure, any remaining real-money balance (net of any bonus funds that have not met wagering requirements) will be returned to your registered payment method. Accounts under active investigation at the time of a closure request may have their balance withheld until the investigation is concluded.

11. Amendments to These Terms

kbbet reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time.
